Back up / Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing Ensure backup meets Client needs for RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective).  Monthly testing of file restorations.  Annual Disaster testing, with full environment recovery.
AV Review and remediation Monthly review of Anti-Virus platform, to ensure Client is updating, and network is clean.
System Update Management Monthly review of Update Management platforms to ensure Client systems (PCs / Laptops / Servers) are up to date.
Documentation Management Ensure all Client documentation is up to date, and available to the Client.
Preventative Maintenance Monthly health checks of Client environment to ensure core infrastructure is at minimal risk of failure. Includes:

  • Event Log Review
  • DNS management
  • System temporary file clean up
  • Active Directory Review
  • Firmware updates
  • Physical inspections

Incidents & Break / Fix Support through Client’s day-to-day issues.  Ensuring Client’s team members can do what they do best as quickly as possible, should anything happen.
